Sophie Gallo Business Card
sophiegalloMy card was completely hand made by me, after months of planning and trouble-shooting. I used Crane Lettra 220 lb stock and screen printed the pattern on one side, letter pressed the other using my etching press. I outlined the whole labor of love on my blog, I even have a video of how I used the press. I was inspired by the yearning to create something tangible and beautiful after 6 years of motion graphics design, sitting behind a screen. I wanted to show that not only can I create commercial work but I am a well rounded designer and am not afraid to get my hands dirty. If anyone would like to see the process feel free to visit my blog.
